Returns and exchanges
We are happy to accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Please note: Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of purchase, but you have 14 days from receipt of order to return your purchase.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Given the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for :
- Custom or personalized orders
- Promotional items or items purchased with a promotional code
Conditions for returns & cancellations
Return postage is at the buyer's expense. The returned package is your responsibility until we have received it. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss of value will be charged to the buyer.
The cost of postage, once the package has been dispatched, will be retained in the event of a refund.

If you have a problem such as:
- The item received is not what you expected.
- The item never arrived or arrived broken.
- The item received is not what you ordered.
- The item received has a manufacturing defect and broke quickly.
Contact us by message and we will be delighted to solve the problem as quickly as possible and/or return the product to you.
Nota bene: For the timeless collection: all our bags are handmade and hand-dyed, so they're all unique. So sometimes the color changes slightly from the photo you can see. Please read the product description and our terms and conditions carefully before ordering :) Thank you. See you soon :)
